RETURN POLICY
We want you to B happy with your BrennaB bag. If you are not tickled pink with your new BrennaB bag, please return it within 10 days of the delivery date. Contact us at customerservice@brennab.com for a free return shipping label within the United States. Bags must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging, and include all parts of the BrennaB bag.
Once the return bag is received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the bag to be verified and processed by our returns department. The original price of the BrennaB bag will be credited back to your original form of payment.
